DIN/ISO immersion cup
Viscosity cup
The provided DIN immersion cup design allows paint manufacturers and paint users to quickly and approximately measure the outflow time of paint and similar liquids in the workshop.
·Simple and durable
·Internal dimensions comply with DIN 53211*
·Protective environmental handle
·Stainless steel flow nozzle
Various models of immersion cups meet the requirements of standard flow cups. Stainless steel ring handle is installed on the edge of the cup for easy operation of immersion cup (in accordance with the "GM No.7146399" protection case)
Operation steps:
·Immerse the immersion cup into the fluid so that the upper edge of the cup is lower than the horizontal surface of the fluid
·Lift the cup vertically and press the stopwatch at the same time
·Press the stop watch when the outgoing line breaks * times
·To conduct an evaluation, three consecutive measurements must be taken
·The average of three measurements is taken as the outflow time of the liquid
DIN flow cup
The flow cup has a volume of 100ml ± 1ml and is equipped with a replaceable flow nozzle with a diameter of 4mm ± 0.02mm.
·Used for measuring low viscosity
·Anodized aluminum cup body
·Internally polished stainless steel spout
·After calibration with standard oil, the accuracy of the standard oil is within 3% (standard oil drying time) based on the certified PTB oil (PTB stands for German Federal Institute of Physics and Metrology).

ISO flow cup
Compared with the DIN 53211 * flow cup, this flow cup has a longer flow nozzle, a smaller taper of the cup body, and less difference in inner diameter size, resulting in different outflow times. The ISO flow cup has a wide measurement range and is a useful supplement to the DIN flow cup.
·Recommended as internationally recognized
·Anodized aluminum cup body
·Internally polished stainless steel spout
·After standard oil calibration, the standard oil refers to the certified PTB oil, with an accuracy within 3% (standard oil drying time).
